Bounce. Bounce. Bounce.

The bounce of a ball sounds like the beat of a heart, right? In fact, when you walk, your heart beats slowly and the ball is probably bouncing slowly. If you run, the beat of your heart and dribble speed of the ball will increase. That’s how it is supposed to work - it's normal.

It may not be normal if your heart beats fast and you’re not moving fast (unless you just got scared or excited). There may be a problem if it takes too long for your heart to slow down after you slow down. Bottom line – you need to KNOW your heart.
