The Caroline Kyle Memorial Scholarship was created to honor the life and legacy of Caroline, who tragically passed away from an undetected heart condition — the same condition that took the life of Simon Sudman. Like so many young lives lost to sudden cardiac arrest, Caroline showed no warning signs, making her passing unimaginable. She was a beloved member of our community, whose bright spirit left a lasting impact on everyone she met.
Through Simon’s Heart, this scholarship provides financial support to students who embody passion and aspirations to protect hearts and save lives. It serves as a tribute to Caroline’s life and a commitment to raising awareness about sudden cardiac arrest in youth. By supporting future generations, we hope to keep Caroline’s memory alive and inspire others to make a difference in the heart health world.
“Caroline’s lasting legacy is defined by dedication, self-sacrifice for the benefit of others, and loyalty. This scholarship aims to support a recipient who embodies what Caroline lived by.”
